Thank you for visiting and shopping at JOBIB LTD. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping & Delivery
1.1. Shipping Destination We offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are currently unable to ship to international destinations, including the Republic of Ireland.
1.2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options for all UK orders:

Cost Standard UK Delivery 3-5 business days-£3.50 flat rate.
Free Standard Delivery: We offer free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Since all orders are shipped within the UK, you will not incur any customs, duties, or import taxes.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at jobib.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
Lost Items: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at jobib.co.uk@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to locate your package. If the courier declares the package lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
